Evaluation - For this part each of you should have at least 5 observations to declare about the project. You may mention the good things and explain how to improve upon the bad things or mistakes that were made. You can make suggestions for changes. Your presentation should include visuals, be done only in Spanish, should last approximately 4-5 minutes, and be error free.
Step by Step Process - You need to be able to explain how to make the ice cream in a step by step process so that someone could copy the project by simply following your directions. Your project will be graded on whether I can duplicate the recipe (ice cream) by following your steps.
Each of you will have one page to store your information, make your edits, and store your final draft. Your final draft will become a permanent part of this wiki and is what I will use for your evaluation.
